Ordered a cake for my best friend on her birthday and she likes it so much! The chocolate sea salt cake tastes good and it’s not too sweet. Customer service is superb as they explained everything in details and always reply quickly too. Highly recommended!

You have a wonderful team at your bakery - from ordering, baking, decorating until delivery to the restaurant in Straits Quay. Orderly & good service. The cake was delivered on time with care. This is my 4th time ordering from this bakery shop and i really satisfied their service. I very love their cake design and you know the cake is an important role for a celebration event. They always fulfill what i want and ready the customised cake on time.

First time ordering from Sweet Creations and it won't be my last. I had to get a custom cake done and had less than a week before the celebration. So I used trusty Google and searched for the 'best custom cake shops in Penang' and a blog recommended Sweet Creations. And safe to say, the blog was not wrong. The cake was absolutely delicious, the designs were so apt and it was exactly what I wanted. If you think custom cakes just look good, try Sweet Creations cause it tastes just as good as it looks. I got chocolate sea salt as the flavour and the only regret I have is that I didn't get the cake for myself 😂.

The best custom cake baker in town. Will never go for other except for this. Their art work is perfect and you can get what ever design that you wanted. The cake taste is so delicious too. ❤️
